Due to the nature of flooring materials, inventory allocations, and dye lots, all sales are final.All Sales Are FinalOnce an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, measurements, and quantities prior to placing an order.Shipping Damage PolicyWe stand behind the condition of our products at the time they leave our facility. If your flooring arrives damaged during shipping, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.To qualify for a shipping damage claim:Damage must be reported within 48 hours of deliveryClear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be providedAll original packaging must be kept for inspectionDamage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery (when applicable)Once the claim is verified, we will:Replace the damaged material at no additional cost, orIssue a refund for the damaged portion of the order (at our discretion)Important InformationDo not install damaged material.
