Due to the nature of flooring materials, inventory allocations, and dye lots, all sales are final. All Sales Are Final, Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, measurements, and quantities prior to placing an order.Shipping Damage Policy We stand behind the condition of our products at the time they leave our facility. If your flooring arrives damaged during shipping, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.To qualify for a shipping damage claim:Damage must be reported within 48 hours of deliveryClear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided. All original packaging must be kept for inspection and Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery (when applicable)Once the claim is verified, we will:Replace the damaged material at no additional cost, orIssue a refund for the damaged portion of the order (at our discretion)Important Information Do not install damaged material.
