Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Method All orders are shipped via freight/LTL carrier due to the size and weight of our flooring products. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Delivery Someone must be available to receive and sign for freight deliveries. Please inspect your order carefully before signing. If damage is found, document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Tracking You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
